Responsibilities
As a Quality Engineer, you'll be a key player in ensuring our medical devices meet all necessary regulatory and quality requirements. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Applying quality engineering principles and practices throughout the product lifecycle.
- Participating in the design and development of new medical devices, offering quality input.
- Developing and validating test methods and inspection procedures.
- Conducting root cause analysis for non-conformances and implementing corrective actions.
- Performing risk assessments and contributing to risk management activities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs to address quality-related issues.
- Supporting internal and external audits, helping to prepare documentation and responses.
- Analyzing quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate quality records and documentation.
- Working with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
