Responsibilities

The requirements for the Machine Operator position include a minimum of 6 months to 3 years of manual machine operation ONLY, experience in manufacturing, understanding of machine principles, a stable work history, and flexibility for 12-hour shifts.

Duties include:

· Perform Polymer Compound machine operations

· Perform basic set-ups

· Complete required paperwork

· Monitor machine and report abnormal conditions

· Maintain work area; clean and orderly

· Follow safety protocols and work instructions

· Perform preventive maintenance on machine as needed

• Must be ale to life 55 pounds through out shift.
• 12-hour shifts; Acceptable candidates must be available to work day (6:45 am - 7:15 pm) and/or night (6:45pm - 7:15 am).
• Acceptable candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays.

The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs
