salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year

Responsibilities

Maintenance Technician is responsible for repairing and maintaining all building systems and production equipment at our manufacturing facility. You will develop and manage preventative maintenance programs, troubleshoot complex equipment problems, and collaborate with outside vendors to ensure an orderly and safe work environment. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all necessary repairs and maintenance on building, machinery, and equipment.
  
  
• Develop, implement, and maintain preventative maintenance programs using specialized software.
  
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
  
  
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintain a clean, organized tool and maintenance crib.
  
  
• Work with outside vendors and actively participate in the Safety Committee.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or 4-5 years of equivalent experience in a similar role.
  
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting in a manufacturing setting.
  
  
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and NEC regulatory requirements.
  
  
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 pounds on a regular basis.
  
  
• Experience with welding, fabricating, and repairing metal burning and forming equipment is a plus.

working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
