As a key member of our production team in the Medford area, you will be the final checkpoint for critical technology used in demanding environments. Your precision ensures our products perform reliably when it matters most.
What You'll Do:
- Visually inspect complex electronic parts and final products to ensure they're built correctly.
- Verify that all products match their engineering blueprints and meet strict industry standards.
- Use measurement tools like microscopes, calipers, and gauges to check for quality and accuracy.
- Inspect all incoming materials from our suppliers to confirm they meet our high-quality requirements before use.
- Identify, separate, and create detailed reports on any defective products or components.
- Help investigate the root cause of defects and contribute to solutions that prevent future errors.
- Keep clear and organized records of all inspections and test results.
- Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in an electronics manufacturing (EMS) environment.
- Understanding of quality standards like IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001.
- Hands-on experience with inspection tools and measurement devices.
- An exceptional eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
