You must be able to read blueprints, have knowledge of GD&T, and be proficient with a variety of inspection tools like micrometers, calipers, thread gauges and height gauges.

Responsibilities
We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector with experience in cable harness/electro-mechanical assembly to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for approving or rejecting materials and products based on quality standards. Conducting data entry in nonconformance database and daily management metrics. Performing first article inspections in support of the PPAP process as well.
Key responsibilities include identifying and documenting discrepancies, researching part revisions and serial traceability, and assisting with quality communications. You must be able to read and interpret blueprints, have knowledge of GD&T tolerances. Experience with both attribute and variable dimensional inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gages, thread gages, etc.is required.
