Responsibilities
- Ability to perform complex and/or repetitive electromechanical assembly with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Proficiency in soldering through-hole and SMT parts.
- Experience with reworking non-conforming parts (tapping, filing, etc.).
- Attention to detail for self-inspection of wiring installations, assemblies, and circuits.
- Ability to mechanically test and adjust completed units to meet specifications.
- Knowledge of product quality issues and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
- Capable of following Build Specifications, SOPs, and Q/A travelers.
- Familiarity with performance metrics such as First Pass Yield.
- Ability to use a multimeter to find faults by reading voltages, resistances, and relating those readings back to a schematic.
- Must have knowledge in debugging.
