As a Production Associate, you'll be a key part of our manufacturing process, responsible for the efficient and accurate production of pharmaceutical products. This role involves operating and maintaining production equipment, following strict standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensuring all work is done in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).  

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
  
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment is preferred. Experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry is a plus.
  
  
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and procedures.
  
  
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
  
  
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
  
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Setting up, operating, and cleaning production machinery.
  
  
• Following batch records and production schedules precisely.
  
  
• Performing in-process checks to ensure product quality.
  
  
• Documenting all production activities accurately and legibly.
  
  
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  
  
• Adhering to all safety and quality control procedures.
  
  
• Assisting with inventory and material handling as needed.
