This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a background in industrial painting. You will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing paint, and applying coatings to various industrial equipment and structures.

Responsibilities
This is a Direct Hire opportunity with one of our clients located in St Louis, MO. Process material using painting methods which produce a product meeting customer requirement while remaining within the established budgets and meeting or exceeding the customer’s schedule requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain working knowledge of all equipment and processes in place and put this knowledge to use to improve overall productivity.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Expert knowledge of shop mathematics.
- Complete all necessary documentation per company policy.
- Keep machinery and work area clean, safe, maintained and organized.
- Comply with all PPE requirements as necessary with each job.
- Keep waste low, minimize scrap, use labor efficiently, and account for all parts on jobs.
- Respirator Fit trained and compliant.
- Trained in HAZMAT requirements and procedures.
- Is highly proficient in providing a paint finish that meets customer expectations.
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
