Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Line Lead / Assembly Lead to supervise our production line. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the assembly team, ensuring all production targets are met, and maintaining quality control and safety standards. This role is perfect for someone with a detailed background in manufacturing who is ready to take on a leadership position.
salary: $17 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 7 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate a team of assembly workers to meet daily and weekly production goals.
- Monitor the production line to ensure efficiency and address any issues that arise.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Train new team members on assembly procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, ensuring all team members follow safety regulations.
- Report on production progress, equipment issues, and team performance to management.
- Collaborate with other leads and departments to optimize workflow and resolve production challenges.
