Additionally, the Lead Baker oversees the hiring, training, and performance of their team, and assigns end-of-day cleaning tasks.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role is required.
- Meticulous attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving.
- Highly organized and skilled in time management.
- Possesses mechanical skills and able to work with both mechanical and computerized equipment.
- Able to lift up to 55 pounds frequently and push or pull heavy equipment.
- The ability to follow orders and multitask in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Responsibilities
- Production and Recipe Execution: Directly oversees and executes recipes, meticulously following scaling and mixing instructions to ensure precise ingredient measurements for each item produced.

- Inventory and Equipment Management: Manages and inspects all ingredients to confirm they match the recipe and notifies management when supplies or ingredients are running low. Coordinates with the mechanic to set up equipment for the next day’s production.
- Hiring and Training: Responsible for a range of human resource functions, including the hiring, training, and performance management of production team members.
- Safety and Record Keeping: Ensures that all team members follow safety rules and company guidelines. Maintains daily production records in an organized and clean manner.
