Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on production machines, material handling equipment, and physical plant systems.
- Perform upgrades and install new systems when required.
- Keep maintenance area clean and organized so materials and tools are easily located.
- Perform routine maintenance, including small plumbing repairs, painting, patching of walls, lighting, outdoor facility upkeep (no lawn care required), and material handling equipment such as lift trucks and pallet jacks.
- Troubleshoot and repair a variety of industrial machines and equipment.
- Work with vendor technicians to troubleshoot issues with CNC machines.
- Maintain records for preventative maintenance and repairs, as well as machine manuals and instructions.
- Operate forklifts, high lifts, and other powered lift equipment as needed.
