This is a first-shift opportunity—so you’ll enjoy steady hours and evenings free—while earning up to $35 per hour.
What You’ll Do:
- Keep production running by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems such as hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, pumps, and gearboxes.
- Use your basic electrical skills to diagnose and repair circuits, switches, relays, and motors.
- Support equipment upgrades, installations, and process improvements.
- Read schematics and manuals to solve problems quickly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records while working safely and following OSHA guidelines.
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance mechanic experience.
- Solid mechanical repair background with basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Comfortable working with hydraulics, pneumatics, belts, bearings, motors, and drives.
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a team-player attitude.
- Up to $35/hr pay based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical issues, repair components, and replace defective parts such as bearings, belts, chains, gears, motors, and pumps.
- Utilize basic electrical skills to troubleshoot and repair low-voltage wiring, sensors, switches, relays, and motor controls.
- Conduct machine adjustments and calibrations to ensure optimal performance.
- Read and interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications.
- Document maintenance activities and report issues to supervisors.
- Follow all safety protocols and comply with OSHA and company standards.
