This role requires a dedicated professional to manage the full cycle of the production process. The manager is responsible for directly overseeing and executing recipes, meticulously following scaling and mixing instructions. A key function is team leadership, which involves delegating tasks, organizing production lines, and coordinating with packing supervisors to ensure a smooth daily workflow. The position also entails performing pre-operational inspections, conducting quality control checks on the final product (including taste, smell, color, texture, and weight), and managing the inventory of ingredients. The manager ensures that all team members follow safety rules and company guidelines and coordinates with mechanics to set up equipment for the next day's production.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of experience in a similar leadership or supervisory role is required.
- Baking/kitchen experience and adherence to recipes is required.
- Meticulous attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving.
- Highly organized and skilled in time management.
- Capable of working with both mechanical and computerized equipment.
- Able to lift up to 55 pounds and push or pull heavy equipment.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to follow orders and multitask is essential.

Responsibilities

- Team Leadership and Coordination: Acts as a team leader, delegating tasks and organizing production lines according to the scheduled plan. Coordinates with packing supervisors and other departments to ensure a smooth daily production flow.
- Quality Control and Compliance: Performs pre-operational inspections and conducts product quality control checks on the final product (including taste, smell, color, texture, and weight) to ensure compliance with high-quality standards.
- Inventory and Equipment Management: Manages and inspects all ingredients to confirm they match the recipe and notifies management when supplies or ingredients are running low. Coordinates with the mechanic to set up equipment for the next day’s production.
- Safety: Ensures that all team members follow safety rules and company guidelines.
