The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of the facility, ensuring that all systems, equipment, and infrastructure are maintained in optimal condition. This role involves managing a team of maintenance technicians, coordinating predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. This is a working supervisor role, complementing the current team while supplementing personnel shortages.  

salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 6 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Execute preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime

Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure all systems and equipment are functioning correctly

Manage the completion of technicians' weekly LOTO audits

Manage and document all contractors' work orders

Manage 5S activity in all areas

Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, envrionmental guidelines, and industry standards

Conduct safety training for staff and enforce safety protocols

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other departments

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities



The essential functions of this role include:
