Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and coordinate packaging line operations to meet production goals.
- Train, guide, and support team members to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Monitor equipment performance and collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and sanitation standards (HACCP/GMP).
- Keep accurate production and shift records.
- Experience in food manufacturing or packaging line operations.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Familiarity with packaging machinery, labeling, and sealing equipment.
- Solid understanding of safety and quality standards in food production.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
