We are seeking a skilled and experienced Process Technician with a strong background in plastics and blow molding to join our team in Arlington, TX. This is a crucial role responsible for ensuring manufacturing processes run efficiently and produce high-quality products.

salary: $41,600 - $54,080 per year
shift: Second
work hours: 2 PM - 11 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Setup and Operation: Set up, operate, and troubleshoot blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment to produce products according to specifications.
  
  
• Process Optimization: Monitor and adjust machine parameters (temperatures, pressures, cycle times) to optimize production, minimize scrap, and ensure product quality.
  
  
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve process or equipment issues.
  
  
• Quality Control: Conduct inspections, weigh completed parts, and verify that products meet quality standards.
  
  
• Safety & Housekeeping: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
