Qualifications
- OSHA 30 certification is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a safety role within the construction industry.
- Proven knowledge and experience in Site Development or Civil work, specifically with Pipe Crews, Clearing Crews, and general Site Development Crews.
- Indepth understanding of federal, state, and local safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
salary: $23 - $28 per hour

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Enforce all safety policies and procedures with onsite crews.
- Lead and document daily safety briefings (tailgate meetings).
- Investigate and report all incidents, accidents, and near misses.
- Maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all safety-related matters on site.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and project managers to implement safety best practices.
