- 5-6 years of direct experience in medical device quality roles, including inspection and acceptance activities. A statistical background is a plus.
- 2-3 years of relevant supervisory experience is required.
- AHigh School diploma.
- Experience working in anISO 13485 certified environment is required, and internal audit or ISO implementation experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with QMS programs (like QT9) and corporate ERP systems (like NetSuite) at a user level is required.
- Fully competent with MS Office applications, with intermediate Excel skills.
- English language skills, both verbal and written, are required; Spanish is a plus.
- You must be able to work in a team environment and take direction.
- A good understanding of safety requirements for lifting and equipment maintenance is needed.

Responsibilities
- Conducting and documenting inspections of incoming products and outgoing shipments.
- Resolving issues with non-conforming products in coordination with the Quality Engineer and Management.
- Managing all aspects of returned product handling, from receipt to testing and complaint investigation.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date metrics and generating quality reports.
- Analyzing inspection trends and assisting with follow-up on root causes of repeat issues.
- Ensuring the integrity of outgoing shipments through verification and ongoing improvements.
- Maintaining the complaint database to ensure secure and accurate records.
- Collaborating with other departments like Customer Care, Accounting, and the warehouse.
- Following all safety policies and escalating potential issues as needed.
- Performing other duties as assigned, including assisting with general warehouse activities.
