Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis, predict trends, & design category strategies with leadership & stakeholders. Implement approved sourcing strategies. Lead opportunity assessments, category strategies, supplier negotiations, & supplier performance/relationship management. Support best practices, processes, & templates for supplier activities (spend management, sourcing engagement, contract templates, negotiations, RFx/vendor evaluation/selection). Develop global strategies, including cross-country rates, local office support, & guidance for local buying needs.
• Lead RFx creation/management, supplier communications, market research/analysis, data collection/analysis, &  contract management, development, & redlining (pricing, terms and conditions, SOWs, MSAs,etc). Conduct supplier negotiations & manage supplier performance, including quarterly reviews for top-tier Suppliers. Develop & maintain positive business relationships with key stakeholders & budget owners, collaborating in a personable, approachable manner.
• Support spend management projects for savings & process effectiveness. Facilitate accurate transactions & ensure compliance. Support projects that achieve key objectives like savings, process effectiveness, supplier consolidation & management, risk reduction & management, improved visibility and control of expenditures
