What You'll Be Doing:
- Serve as the primary expert for our technicians and customers, accurately identifying the parts they need.
- Manage the parts inventory with precision—from receiving and stocking to processing orders and returns.
- Use your skills and our electronic catalog system to quickly locate the right components.
- Provide an excellent customer experience by assisting with inquiries and recommending complementary parts or current promotions when helpful.
- Maintain an organized and efficient parts counter that our team can rely on.
- Proven experience in an automotive parts role.
- Working knowledge of automotive systems and components.

- Confidence using computers and parts lookup software.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all parts-related customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Accurately identify parts for heavy truck equipment using electronic catalogs, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Generate quotes, process sales orders, and create invoices using the business management system.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle from initial customer contact to final delivery, including sourcing and ordering from vendors.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counting, receiving, and stocking of parts.
- Partner with the service department to ensure timely parts availability for internal repair and upfitting orders.
- Resolve customer issues by researching technical information and sourcing alternative or hard-to-find components.
