Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Perform preventative maintenance and electrical or mechanical repairs on a variety of equipment.
- Work with engineers to set up, calibrate, and support manufacturing systems.
- Use sophisticated programs to collect and analyze data, making real-time adjustments to products and equipment.
- Conduct rework and quality testing to ensure the highest standards are met.
- Document and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) precisely.
- Collaborate with a team to solve problems and continuously improve our processes.
What You'll Bring:
- A high school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of work experience, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or skilled trade environment.
- A strong electro-mechanical aptitude and a basic understanding of hand tools, pneumatics, and electricity.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a desire to learn new systems and procedures quickly.
- A high level of initiative, a curious mind, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- The flexibility to work off-hours if needed.
