Your responsibilities will include inventory tracking and data management to ensure accurate stock levels. You will be tasked with resolving discrepancies from start to finish. You will also be responsible for generating reports on inventory status and performance. This role requires you to coordinate with various teams to support daily operations. You'll be expected to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and efficiently utilize systems, with a preference for SAP experience. A strong knowledge of shipping and receiving is also required to help prevent issues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance or inventory control. You must be able to operate a reach, sit-down, and order picker (OP) forklift. We are looking for someone with exceptional organizational and time management skills, as well as strong mathematical and analytical problem-solving abilities. You should have the capacity to work independently and be proficient with computers. Excellent communication and a keen attention to detail are a must. A proven history of managing stock levels effectively and performing reconciliation is required, as is experience providing operational support and preventing discrepancies.
