Responsibilities

Responsible for production support of standard product and safe work areas. Responsibilities may include recycle/grinder,
packaging, warehouse, material handling, offline cutting table, interleaving, and any support the areas may need. This role will be a rotating shift position (Dupont Schedule).

 Package and handle standard quality product safely and efficiently
 Packaging of product (including Interleaving and Offline Table)
 Properly recycling and/or scrapping of non-standard product
 Troubleshooting of recycle, warehouse, offline table, and packaging area
 Documentation of necessary records in accordance with procedures
 Update shift logs and making turnover logs
 Schedule work, manage overtime and maintain own timecard.
 Capable to assist with loading/unloading trucks with packaging supplies and product inventories.
 Capable of operating various types of mobile equipment such as forklifts
 Capable of cycle counting management

 Loading of retrim products
 Loading of scrape
 Loading of good and broken pallets
 Load crates in need of repair back to supply warehouse
 Keeping mill room storage filled with all film supplies
 Receiving and unloading all film packaging supplies

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or equivalent at the time of application
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to work 12 hours rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays) and overtime
• Can pass a national background check and complete NON-DOT physical, 7 panel drug test, hearing test & respirator fit test

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 12 hours at one time

working weekends

Skills

Manufacturing (1 year of experience is required)

Cycle Counting (2 years of experience is preferred)

Inventory (1 year of experience is preferred)

Sit Down Forklifts (1 year of experience is required)

Packaging (1 year of experience is required)
