Responsibilities

Produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies. Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathers parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials. Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.  Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with procedures, rules and regulations. Keep equipment operational with preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshoot malfunctions; and call for repairs. This job requires bending, lifting, standing and walking.

2-4 years progressive experience working as an assembler utilizing drawings, wire lists, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, and reports, as well as a variety of tools in accordance with technical data package and work instructions; performing point to point wiring, building various cables and assemblies, quality inspections, testing, and troubleshooting.



The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time

working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
