A leading manufacturing company in Deer Park, NY, is looking for a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join their team. They specialize in designing and building high-quality packaging machines for a wide range of industries.

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies for packaging machines.
  
  
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to ensure proper assembly.
  
  
• Install and integrate various machine parts, including motors, cylinders, valves, and pumps.
  
  
• Use a variety of hand and power tools (e.g., wrenches, screwdrivers, drills) to build and fasten components.
  
  
• Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
  
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise.
  
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  
  
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve assembly processes.
