We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL B Truck Driver to join the team of food storage distribution client of ours in Westborough, MA!. You will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of temperature-sensitive food products from our distribution center to various customer locations. Responsibilities

• Transportation & Delivery: Safely operate a Class B commercial vehicle, primarily a tractor-trailer with a refrigerated unit, to transport and deliver food products to grocery stores, restaurants, and other wholesale customers.
  
  
• Loading & Unloading: Assist with loading and unloading freight. You'll need to be able to handle palletized goods using an electric pallet jack or forklift.
  
  
• Temperature Control: Monitor and maintain specified temperatures inside the refrigerated trailer to ensure product integrity and safety, in compliance with FSMA (Food Safety Modernization Act) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) standards.
  
  
• Inspections: Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and trailer to ensure all equipment is safe and in good working order. Report any issues to the maintenance department immediately.
  
  
• Documentation: Accurately complete and maintain all required paperwork, including bills of lading, delivery receipts, and driver logs (ELDs).
  
  
• Customer Service: Provide excellent service during deliveries, professionally representing the company and communicating effectively with customers regarding delivery times and any potential issues.
  
  
• Compliance: Adhere to all DOT (Department of Transportation), state, and federal regulations, as well as all company safety policies and procedures.
