We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Maintenance Planner to join our team. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling all maintenance activities to ensure the stability and reliability of our production equipment. This role requires organizational and communication skills, as well as a solid understanding of preventive maintenance

salary: $31 - $33 per hour

Responsibilities

This position entails an excellent balance of organizational skills, leadership skills, work
ethic, written and verbal communication skills, and people skills. Conflict or the appearance of
conflict of interest is ground for relegation to EM. Due to the nature of this job, 
maintenance skills are required. Understanding preventive maintenance needed for many
mechanical and electrical components is essential.
Key focus of this position is to plan and schedule all maintenance activities that will drive a
culture of equipment stability. Some of the responsibilities below will require horizontal
resources such as engineering and maintenance management. The Planner must promote and
operate in a highly cooperative interdepartmental manner. The responsibilities are:
 Ensuring all maintenance tasks are planned when possible
 Effective communication of planned work
 Ensuring all parts are ordered
 Responsible for Bill of Materials
 Responsible for new/existing parts
 Min/max
 Technical long description for ease of search
 Manufacturer name and part number
 Responsible for all PM records upkeep and edits
 Responsible for PM schedule and execution
 Responsible for Continuous Improvement list and execution

Serve as an SAP resource to segment operatives
 Advocate and administer on behalf of the segment maintenance team
