We are hiring a dedicated Maintenance Technician for a long-term, direct-hire position. Join our team and play a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly by performing maintenance on heavy machinery, including conveyors, balers, and industrial shredders. Your expertise will be key in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues, replacing belts, and servicing equipment like evaporation coolers and pumps. Forklift experience is a must, as you will also be maintaining our warehouse equipment. Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on heavy industrial machinery, including conveyors, balers, and industrial shredders.
  
  
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, including replacing belts and other components.
  
  
• Conduct maintenance and repair of material handling equipment (PIT), such as forklifts.
  
  
• Maintain and service environmental systems, including evaporation coolers.
  
  
• Troubleshoot and clear blockages in pumps and other fluid systems.
  
  
• Ensure all maintenance work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  
  
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or a similar role in an industrial or warehouse setting.
  
  
• Expertise in the maintenance and repair of heavy machinery.
  
  
• Proficiency with various hand and power tools.
  
  
• Ability to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment.
