We are seeking a diligent and adaptable individual to join our team in a dynamic role that combines administrative tasks with light industrial duties. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable with physical work, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively. Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Capable of lifting and maneuvering objects weighing 15-30 lbs.
• Basic computer skills, particularly with spreadsheets.
• attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to perform varied tasks.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or administrative setting is a plus

salary: $16 - $16.5 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Accurately record the weights of reclaimed metal and scrap into spreadsheets.
• Perform various general administrative tasks as needed.
• When other work is unavailable, load tubes of copper wire (weighing approximately 15-30 lbs each) into a splitting machine.
• Sort and organize materials, placing scrap into designated piles (Pile A) and wire into separate piles (Pile B).
• Potentially assist with "reels" by pulling tubes of uncut wire through a machine.
