The Role
As a Quality Inspector, you will be on the front line of our quality control process. You'll use your expertise to perform critical inspections at every stage—from incoming materials to final products. Your thoroughness will be essential in guaranteeing that everything we produce meets our rigorous specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform inspections: Conduct visual, mechanical, and dimensional inspections using tools like calipers, micrometers, magnifiers, and microscopes.
- Ensure compliance: Verify that components and assemblies meet all engineering drawings, manufacturing instructions, and documentation requirements.
- Document findings: Clearly and accurately record all inspection results, including any non-conformances or deviations.
- Collaborate on solutions: Work closely with our Production and Engineering teams to quickly resolve quality issues.
- Maintain standards: Ensure all work adheres to industry standards such as IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001.
- Assist with packaging and processing parts for the Shipping department.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Quality Inspector in an electronics manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge: strong understanding of inspection techniques and familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO-9001, IPC-A-610).
- Skills: Proficient in reading technical drawings and using various inspection and measurement tools.
- Traits: Exceptional attention to detail, strong record-keeping skills, and good communication abilities.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; a technical degree or certification is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity for handling small components.
- Visual acuity for detailed inspection under magnification.

Responsibilities
Perform visual, mechanical, and dimensional inspections of electronic
components and assemblies using appropriate inspection tools (e.g., calipers,
micrometers, magnifiers, microscopes).
• Inspect incoming materials, in-process work, and finished products to ensure
compliance with specifications and documentation.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, manufacturing instructions, and
inspection criteria.
• Document inspection results clearly and accurately, including non-conformances
and deviations.
• Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues in a
timely manner.
• Ensure that workmanship standards (such as IPC-A-610 & J-STD-001), and
safety procedures are followed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and
process efficiency.
• Package and process parts for Shipping department.
Experience/Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in
quality or electronics preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as a Quality Inspector in an electronics manufacturing
environment.
