Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities
Fabricate precision tooling and prototype parts
Thorough knowledge and ability to set-up and operate lathes, mills and surface
grinders
Maintain and repair hot runner systems
CNC set-up, program and operate
Maintain, repair and retrofit injection mold components
Weld, fabricate, rework or maintain tools, tooling, assemblies, manufacturing parts,
production items and plant infrastructure
Inspect and correct welds as necessary to meet production specifications
Work with engineers, and process technicians in regard to mold repairs, and repair in
the machine
Follows all safety standards and procedures according to OSHA and ANSI regulations
and standards
