Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Field Service Technician to join their team. This role is ideal for an electrically inclined professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery and molds in the field, primarily related to Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM) equipment. If you're a hands-on problem solver with a passion for machinery and customer service, we want to hear from you! *This position requires national travel up to 70%

salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery and molds in the field, primarily related to Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM) equipment. 
• Ensure compliance with company and OSHA/state safety standards during all service work.
  
  
• Perform on-site installation, validation, and commissioning of machinery and molds.
  
  
• Diagnose, repair, and service equipment at customer sites, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
  
• Maintain a professional demeanor and establish strong customer relationships.
  
  
• Utilize manuals, drawings, procedures, and team support to effectively resolve technical issues.
  
  
• Provide remote support to customers, including troubleshooting via phone when needed.
  
  
• Train plant maintenance and management teams on safe and effective equipment use.
