Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to verify compliance with technical drawings, blueprints, and quality standards.
- Perform mechanical inspections using a variety of tools, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
- Execute electrical inspections and tests, including continuity checks, insulation resistance tests, and functional testing of circuits and wiring using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and specialized test equipment.
- Identify and document non-conforming materials and products, accurately recording defects and communicating findings to production and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate root causes of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain a comprehensive record of all inspections, test results, and quality data.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
