- Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities for production equipment and facilities
- Assign and track work orders using CMMS software (e.g., MaintainX, Fiix, eMaint)
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to avoid downtime
- Monitor equipment performance and identify trends or recurring issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance tasks, parts used, and compliance reports
- Track inventory and coordinate spare part procurement with purchasing
- Ensure all maintenance activity follows OSHA and company safety guidelines
- Assist in maintenance budgeting and vendor invoice tracking
- Support continuous improvement projects related to reliability and maintenance
- Act as liaison between technicians, production teams, and vendors
- Facilitate communication and training within the maintenance department
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or technical certification preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance support role
- Proficient in CMMS systems and Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- Can speak both English and Spanish (required)

Responsibilities
Schedule and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance for production
equipment and facility systems.
Receive, review, and assign work orders to appropriate maintenance personnel
using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
Monitor equipment performance and maintenance needs, identifying recurring
issues and assisting in root cause analysis.
Coordinate with production teams to minimize disruptions to operations during
maintenance work.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts usage, equipment
history, and compliance documentation.
Track and manage spare parts inventory; coordinate procurement with
purchasing to avoid delays or shortages.
Ensure maintenance procedures follow safety protocols and regulatory
requirements (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
Assist in preparing maintenance budgets, cost tracking, and contractor/vendor
invoices.
Support continuous improvement efforts related to equipment reliability and
maintenance practices.
Facilitate training and communication between maintenance staff and other
departments.
