You will perform a variety of crucial tasks, from preventive maintenance and inspections to troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. You'll work with a range of equipment, including machinery, pipe systems, and electrical components. The ideal candidate has experience in industrial or mechanical maintenance, problem-solving skills, and the ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.

Responsibilities
- Preventative Maintenance: Performing routine inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and calibration of machinery to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems using schematics, manuals, and diagnostic tools. They disassemble, repair, or replace defective parts and reassemble the equipment.
- Installation: Setting up and installing new production equipment and machinery, ensuring it's correctly integrated into existing systems.
- Record-Keeping: Maintaining detailed logs of all maintenance activities, repairs, and part inventories to track performance and anticipate future needs.
- Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety regulations, including OSHA standards and lockout/tagout procedures, to maintain a safe working environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Knowledge: understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems. Familiarity with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) is often required.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to analyze a situation, identify the root cause of a malfunction, and implement a solution efficiently.
