Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment.
- Assist with the receiving, stocking, and organizing of inventory.
- Contribute to a safe and clean warehouse environment.
- Learn to assign daily tasks and manage workflow for a team of associates.
- Help train new employees on established procedures and best practices.
- Ensure all team members are productive and meeting performance targets.
