As Maintenance Manager, you’ll lead a skilled team while ensuring equipment reliability, driving process improvements, and supporting long-term operational success. This is a leadership role with hands-on involvement in people development, preventative maintenance, and capital projects.

Responsibilities
- Follow and uphold the highest standards for workplace safety, ensuring compliance with company policies, PPE use, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and reinforce a team culture centered around safety, quality, efficiency, and people development.
- Recruit, train, and mentor maintenance team members, supporting long-term growth and retention.
- Partner with operations and plant leadership to quickly respond to equipment issues, schedule repairs, and manage preventative maintenance activities.
- Lead plant and capital projects, including planning, execution, and budget management.
- Maintain clear communication with operations, engineering, and management on maintenance needs and project priorities.
- Oversee spare parts inventory and ensure critical items are available when needed.
- Create and implement effective maintenance procedures to drive consistency and reliability.
- Promote a clean, organized, and safe work environment where safety protocols like LOTO are always followed.
- Ensure PM and corrective work is completed on time and accurately through the CMMS system.
- Drive down unplanned downtime by focusing on proactive maintenance and root cause analysis.
- Manage capital planning and cost control within the maintenance budget.
- Lead the team in completing tasks safely, efficiently, and with minimal impact to production or customer service.
