The ideal candidate will plan and coordinate manufacturing processes in a cost accounting environment: evaluates and develops manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials, parts, and construction.  The candidate will calculate activities covering materials consumption, production Labor costs, and prepare cost estimates. Periodically, the candidate will analyze actual cost variances to update standards. Responsibilities

We're seeking a detail-oriented, communicative, and driven estimator who excels in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of industrial construction phases and a proven track record in successful bidding and cost control.

You'll prepare accurate cost estimates for diverse industrial projects, including manufacturing plants and warehouses. You will collaborate with our project management and design teams to create winning proposals and ensure projects stay on time and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for new construction and renovation projects.
  
  
• Analyze blueprints and specifications to determine time, cost, and labor needs.
  
  
• Work with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to define project scope.
  
  
• Solicit and review bids from subcontractors.
  
  
• Maintain a cost database for labor, materials, and equipment.
  
  
• Conduct risk analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  
  
• Report on project costs and profitability to management.
  
  
• Transition estimates into project budgets with the project management team.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Estimator, preferably in industrial or commercial construction.
  
  
• Solid knowledge of construction processes, materials, and labor costs.
  
  
• Exceptional mathematical and analytical skills.
  
  
• Proficiency in construction estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore).
  
  
• Ability to interpret complex architectural drawings and specifications.
