As a key member of our team, you will safely operate a straight truck, provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, and physically unload products using a hand truck. You are the vital link between us and the customers who depend on us every day.
What you need:
- A valid CDL Class B license with a clean MVR.
- At least 1-2 years of professional driving experience.
- Experience with touch freight and hand truck operation.
- A reliable, professional, and customer-first attitude.
salary: $68,900 - $85,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a commercial straight truck on assigned delivery routes
- Conduct and document daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Physically unload and deliver products to customer locations, using equipment such as a hand truck or pallet jack.
- Provide timely and professional service to all customers, acting as a key representative of the company.
- Verify the accuracy of orders with customers and obtain necessary signatures on all invoices and proof of delivery receipts.
- Collect and secure payments from customers for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders and handle all paperwork neatly.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic logs (ELD) to ensure compliance with Hours of Service (HOS) rules.
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team regarding route progress, delays, or any customer issues.
