- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist (lathe or mill).
- Knowledge of CNC machine operation and G-code.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a technical or vocational program is a plus

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe or mill) to produce parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications to determine machine setup and operation.
- Perform machine adjustments, tool changes, and routine maintenance as needed.
- Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications using precision measurement tools like calipers and micrometers.
- Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or deviations from specifications.
- Document production activities, including part counts, and quality control checks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
