Job Summary: The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in inventory, and maintaining organized records. This role plays a key part in the supply chain by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Coordinate with carriers and vendors for pickups and deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Assist in inventory counts and cycle audits.
• Report discrepancies or damaged goods to the appropriate department.
• Keep shipping and receiving areas clean and organized.

Responsibilities

Receiving job duties and expectations:
 Sort and deliver O&M orders to specified depts. Orders that are for MA’s and
depts that come down to pick up can be set to the side or placed in designated
staging area, assist with delivering to the areas of whomever is out
 Check, verify, and process match exceptions at least twice a week
 When delivery trucks arrive, unload & scan packages. Prioritizing temp sensitive
material. Packages to be processed in following order. 1 st FedEx Express, UPS
the FedEx ground
 Receive PO’s for all applicable deliveries via Workday, make sure to attach
goods delivery note
 Scan shipping label to “receive” all incoming packages into Qtrack when they
enter the building and scan shipping label and goods delivery note to “delivered”
when they are taken to their final destination, whether it be the designated
staging areas in the receiving area or out on the floors
 Take trash out and make sure receiving area is organized and tidy
