As a Logistics and Warehouse Associate you will be a vital part of our mission to deliver high-quality solar energy solutions. Your role will be critical in managing the flow of solar equipment and ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our customers and project sites. We are seeking a detail-oriented, high-energy individual with a strong work ethic who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

salary: $18 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end logistics for solar project materials, including solar panels, inverters, and other equipment.
  
  
• Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation with vendors and freight forwarders.
  
  
• Load and unload shipments and ensure that all loads are properly secured for transport.
  
  
• Track and manage inventory levels at the warehouse and project sites to support construction and installation timelines.
  
  
• Ensure all shipments comply with safety procedures and company standards.
  
  
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 40lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time

working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
