In this role, you'll be the first line of defense in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and food safety. You'll work closely with our production teams, conducting regular inspections and tests throughout the manufacturing process.
salary: $18 - $22 per hour

Responsibilities
- Conduct visual and physical inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet company specifications and quality standards.
- Perform quality checks and tests on food products, including but not limited to, temperature, weight, pH, and appearance.
- Monitor production lines for compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other food safety regulations.
- Identify and document non-conforming products or processes and report issues to the Quality Control Manager.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality control checks and test results.
- Assist in the investigation of customer complaints and product recalls.
- Collaborate with production staff to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
