Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Arrival and Punctuality: Arrive at the warehouse or job site by 8:45 AM at the latest, prepared with the necessary tools and materials for the day’s installation.
- Daily Pay Sheets: Submit daily pay sheets to the Assistant General Manager to ensure accurate tracking of hours worked and tasks completed.
- Confirm Door Orders: Verify that the entire door order has the correct parts as compared to the invoices, ensuring no discrepancies before beginning the installation.
- Return for Missing Parts: If any parts are missing or incorrect, return to the warehouse for missing parts within a 20-mile radius of the job site.
- Complete Installations: Complete the entire installation on the same day as scheduled, ensuring quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Final Payment Collection: If specified in the work order, collect the final payment due from the customer upon completion of the installation.
- Safety Inspections: Turn in weekly safety inspection reports to the Director of Safety to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
