Key Responsibilities
- Assembly and Soldering: Assemble and solder electronic and mechanical components according to work instructions, schematics, and blueprints. This includes proficiency in both through-hole and surface-mount soldering techniques.
- Wire Harness and Cabling: Fabricate and assemble wire harnesses and cable assemblies, including cutting, stripping, and crimping wires. Ensure all connections are secure and properly insulated.
- Blueprint and Schematic Reading: Interpret complex engineering blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine assembly methods and sequences. Understand component symbols, tolerances, and dimensions.
