Responsibilities
- Maintaining and improving quality assurance on product realization and monitoring of manufacturing processes reporting to the head of the Quality Department.
- Foster positive interaction with peers, superiors, internal customers and external customers.
- Perform product and process audits and dimensional verification using precision tools.
- Generate audit reports and track corrective actions.
- Monitor quality data and initiate problem-solving procedures (8-D) and supplier corrective actions (SCAR).
- Act as a quality representative during new product development.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and support training.
- Able to use different tools, like: calipers, gauges, micrometers, and spectrophotometers for precise measurements
- Available to work overtime based on the bussiness needs.
