Responsibilities
- Dough Production: Accurately measure, weigh, and mix ingredients to prepare large batches of cookie dough according to established recipes.
- Production Line Operation: Assist in the operation of production machinery, including mixers, dough depositors, and commercial ovens.
- Baking and Finishing: Monitor baking processes to ensure products are baked to perfection, and assist with cooling, decorating, and other finishing tasks.
- Packaging: Package and label finished products for distribution, ensuring all items are correctly sealed and meet quality standards.
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks on products for consistency in size, shape, and appearance, and report any issues to the Production Manager.
- Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and assist with the cleaning and sanitizing of all equipment and production areas.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and stocking ingredients and supplies, and notify supervisors when inventory is running low.
- Adherence to Standards: Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety policies and procedures.
