The Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible for overseeing the entire QA process, from planning and strategy to execution and reporting. Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team.
• Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies, test plans, and test cases for new and existing products.
• Oversee the execution of all testing activities.
• Collaborate closely with development, product management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the  development lifecycle.
• Identify, document, and track defects, working with development to ensure timely resolution.
• Establish and maintain QA best practices, processes, and tools.
• Knowledge of GMP and SOP guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in quality assurance.

The essential functions of this role include:
