Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs on production equipment (e.g., Flexo Folder Gluers, Rotary Die Cutters).
- Diagnose root causes of equipment malfunctions and implement prompt corrective actions.
- Conduct scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) and inspections on all production equipment and facility systems.
- Respond quickly to breakdowns and production interruptions, communicating status updates to supervisors.
- Fabricate, modify, or replace machine components using hand tools, welding, and basic machining equipment.
- Assist in installation and startup of new equipment.
- Follow all OSHA, company safety policies, and Lockout/Tagout procedures at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts usage, and machine histories.
- Manage spare parts inventory and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
Required
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Experience using hand and power tools, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work various shifts, overtime, and be on-call as needed.
- Associate degree or technical certification in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or related field.
- Prior experience with corrugated production machinery (e.g., Bobst, Ward, Martin).
- Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and control systems.
- CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) experience.
- Manufacturing facility with exposure to noise, moving machinery, dust, grease, and temperature changes.
- Requires standing, walking, climbing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must wear required PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and steel-toe boots).

As a Maintenance Technician, you are the backbone of our production, ensuring complex corrugated converting and manufacturing machinery runs smoothly.
Your key duties include:

- Safety & Documentation: Follow all OSHA, company safety policies, and Lockout/Tagout procedures. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts usage, and machine histories.
- Inventory & Improvement: Manage spare parts inventory and participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance equipment reliability
