What You'll Do:
- Perform thorough visual and dimensional inspections of electronic components, circuit boards (PCBs), and finished products.
- Utilize a variety of inspection tools, including calipers, micrometers, and microscopes, to verify product specifications.
- Conduct functional tests on electronic assemblies to ensure proper operation.
- Document and report all quality issues, non-conformances, and defects.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify root causes of quality problems and implement corrective actions.
- Adhere to strict quality control standards and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- You have a strong understanding of electronic components and schematics.
- You are highly detail-oriented and have excellent manual dexterity.
- You have experience with inspection tools and methods.
- You are a clear communicator, able to document findings accurately.
- You are proactive and skilled at identifying potential issues before they become major problems.
- You are a team player who can work effectively with others to achieve shared goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in quality control, preferably in an electronics manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
